2011

Tuesday 20th December

Delivery to Horeb Congregational Church, Trinant, Newport, Gwent.

Thursday 15th December

Delivery to St Mary's Church, Gatehouse of Fleet, Dumfries & Galloway.

We did this order in conjunction with Plumbs of Preston. They supplied the beautiful covers and we supplied the foam, fitting and delivery. Everybody was happy, even the driver & his mate, who had set off from HQ incredibly early, in order to get them to the church on time (8.30am).

Saturday 26th November

Delivery to St Michael & All Angels, Cherry Burton, East Yorks.

When the driver got to the church, sadly there had been a break in. The covers below are in the plush blue fabric.

Saturday 24th September

Delivery to St Patrick's Church, Preston Patrick, Nr Kendal.  This old rural church is in a most majestic setting on top of a Lake District hill.

Wednesday 7th September

Delivery to Lilliesleaf Church, Lilliesleaf (between Hawick & Melrose). A really pretty church just outside the village. The blue fabric on the curved corners

looked really well. There is a fantastic organ at the church.

Friday 2nd September

Our delivery to St Leonard's Church Padiham, below. No long journey for us this time, just a hop skip & jump along the M65 & home for tea! We got the cushions to the church on time, to

celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Vicar starting there.

This fabric is a particularly attractive Claret colour. The church is very well worth a visit. It is a true example of how to bring the church up to date and make it alive and inviting.

Astute use of glass panelling and doors give a wonderful open feeling and manage to keep out the cold Padiham winters! The church is used by various groups almost every evening.

Tuesday 2nd August

On a scorching day we delivered to the church of St Michael in Breinton, Herefordshire.

Monday 1st August

Wednesday 13th April

Our delivery to Christ Church, Eaton, Norwich.

Tuesday 12th April

Our delivery to St George the Martyr, Sutton Coldfield. A small modern church with an active community.

Tusday 5th April

Dispatched 16 kneelers with "D" Ring hangers. The church sent us some pictures of them in hanging mode. (below)

Thursday 24th March

Our delivery to Middle Church, Coatbridge, North Lanarkshire, Scotland, below.

These cushions are particularly special. Some have curved front corners, piping and buttoning. The turquoise fabric looks superb.  This fabric is on special offer at the moment.

Friday 25th February

Our delivery to All saints Church, Wing, Leighton Buzzard, below.

These cushions are made in our Terracotta Hessian.  The picture of the monument is in memory of Sir Robert Dormer, so this church is truly old. Born - likely in West Wycombe Bucks, possibly in 1486

We got a note from the vicar, "We are very pleased with them and it was a lovely surprise to walk into church on Saturday morning after a few days away, to find them all delivered and in place.

Thank you so much for your prompt and efficient service. D Witchell."    28th Feb 2011
