Priory Church of St Mary
Hi Joe,
Sorry for the delay.
Here are the photos of our lovely new altar rail kneelers at Priory Church of St Mary, Usk.
Best wishes,
Carol
Carol chose one of our fabrics for these hefty kneelers. Not being adventurous in naming fabrics, We called it Red/Blue Weave! However it’s a fabulous fabric, why not ask for samples? The kneelers are made from a tough recon foam & will last for 1000’s of kneelings!
St Lawrence Chapel, Warminster
I dealt with Joe at Safefoam to order Pew Cushions for St Lawrence Chapel Warminster. The service / advice provided was excellent and the quality of the finished cushions was very impressive. Many Thanks to the Safefoam team for all their efforts. They make a huge difference.
Another Ian by coincidence, kindly sent us a Trustpilot review which I have taken the opportunity to copy and paste above. The church chose Ross Fabric’s Pimlico Henna with piping. Looks lovely! We all here like the fabulous back cushion in such an outstanding variety of colours. Certainly brightens the chapel. Thank you Ian for your order, I hope the congregation find the new cushions very comfy.
St Andrew’s Church, Preston, Weymouth, Devon
The Safefoam team excelled in the provision of pew cushions for our church. Their advice and support was excellent and allowed the PCC to make fully informed decisions. Once the decision had been made, order for 21 long pews was quickly made and provided to the exact measurements requested. Delivery by third party company was without fault. The congregation members are very happy to be much more comfortable – and warm! Delighted to recommend Safefoam to others. Thank you.
Ian kindly sent us a Trustpilot review which I have taken the opportunity to copy and paste above.
We were most grateful for this substantial order which we would normally have delivered ourselves. In this case we wanted our customer to receive the delivery just as soon as possible, and it coincided with another substantial order up in the north of Scotland! Thankfully our trusted DPD came to the rescue and obliged with an excellent service.
St Andrew’s chose Ross Fabrics Pimlico Denim for their new cushions. They look fantastic.& thank you very much Ian for your order & brilliant review.
Hello, Safefoam
As requested, I attach a photo of the cushions that you supplied to us.
They are a perfect fit…for which I thank you – I omitted to let you know how wide and they would not have turned out so well if you had not contacted us to prompt me.
The PCC and our congregation are absolutely delighted. I have put a recommendation on Trust Pilot.
Many, many thanks
Eileen (Church Treasurer)
Many thanks for your wonderful review. Unlike Holy Trinity in Herefordshire, we used Parcelforce for this delivery. We’re always a little scepticle when not delivering ourselves! We’re all very please that it was successful. The fabric chosen is very appropriate for churches, it is terra-cotta with a lovely gold motif. Thank you also for the beautiful photograph which shows off your lovely church so well, & of course our pew cushions!!
Holy Trinity Church, Preston Wynne, Herefordshire
This church is in a very remote area. I know Hereford is full of remote places, so this is no exception.
In addition, there is no footpath to the entrance. I guess that the congregation must attend services on a wet day, in their wellies.
What a lovely little chapel it is though. Well worth a visit, especially now they have these brand new pew cushions!
There were some items of original upholstery which needed keeping and therefore the new cushions came as near as possible to matching the existing items.
The Safefoam team was met by a lovely and friendly couple, Andrew & Patsy, and between them they criss-crossed the frosty field to complete the delivery.
Everyone was happy and the congregation would certainly be comfier at the next service.
Our first delivery of 2025.
Holy Trinity
Our last delivery of 2024
Holy Trinity
However the two churches are 150+ miles apart. The Hoghton one is large & Victorian, the Preston Wynne one is a lovely rural chapel, first built in 1727 and given a Victorian makeover. In more recent times it was given a full restoration..
Holy Trinity Church, Hoghton, Preston
This church is on the main road very close to Safefoam!
For their pews they chose Ross Pimlico Denim fabric.
A very friendly church, we’ve been trying to get them to buy cushions for years!
This delivery was the last one of 2024, just in time for the Christmas celebrations.

St Luke Church Wimmarleigh
From my first enquiry to the delivery of the beautiful pew cushions and kneelers for our church everything ran smoothly. Ordering a church full of pew cushions was not a task that I had done before and I was feeling somewhat nervous of the outcome. The staff could not have been more helpful and kind and were there to offer advice and assistance. Bob came out to measure the pews for me and brought more cloth samples to enable us to make a choice. Delivery was arranged to suit us and was even changed at the last minute for me when the weather forecast for the original delivery date was for rain and I voiced concern about the cushions getting wet. The quality of the product cannot be faulted and the congregation all enjoyed the comfort of the pews and commented on how lovely the church looked. I would highly recommend Safefoam, not just for the quality of their product but also for the kindness and support they showed me. Thank you to the whole Safefoam team. You are an example on how a firm should be run. Thanks, Ann
Thank you for your kind comments.
This lovely rural church was one of the easiest for us to do! It’s in the beautiful countryside between Preston and Lancaster, so very easy for measuring, checking and delivering. The Communion Rail cushions were done in Pimlico Yellow from Ross Fabrics, while all the 40 or so seats were done in their Pimlico Wine. Many thanks for your very kind comments. We try our best for everybody & it was such a great pleasure to meet you all at the church. Your friendly greetings and help were much appreciated. Our driver and helper were intrigued by the lovely ceramic poppy in the entrance & followed it up with a leaflet and this

Our mini trellis navy looks just right in this spendid chuch.
Twickenham Green Baptist Church
We delivered to this wonderful church in Twickenham. Some of the cushions were straight forward, & some weren’t! Complex angles tested everybody, but all was fine in the end. Two parishioners were there to help our drivers put them all in place. What sometimes takes a long time seemed to take about 5 minutes!
We thank the two for all their help and their sense of humour. It’s good to see a successful church in these difficult times.

We thank the college for their substantial order.
St Andrews Church of Scotland, Newcastle on Tyne

Here is a message that came soon after our delivery in December ’21 (By the way, we got the permission to photograph, from the Minister!)
The congregation are delighted with the cushions which were dedicated on Sunday. They may a huge difference, not only to the comfort and warmth but also to the appearance of the Sanctuary.
The help we have had from Joe in the office and also from the two gentlemen who delivered and fitted the cushions is also much appreciated. Will you please pass on our thanks to all of them.

St Michael & All Angels, Ingram, Alnwick
October 2020
St Michael & All Angels, Ingram
Ingram is a very small hamlet a few miles from Alnwick, in Northumberland. They chose our Claret Mini Elegent fabric, it really looks so good. We put just a few of the pew cushions in place because the church was suffing from a bat problem. After each service the cushions were to be collected together and covered in polythene thus protecting them from bat droppings! The churchyard was also something special since there was a war grave of a young soldier from the Coldstream Guards who had given his life for our country in 1940.
When we arrived at the church there was a huge group of Mountain Rescuers in a nearby car park. Sadly a rambler was lost & eventually his body was found. On the same car park was the really laid back, home built motor bike. Our driver has happy memories of his biking days! Now he has to be content with our van.
