Below can be seen another of our recent deliveries, September. This time to the beautiful Buttermere. Only a short amble from the lake side is the Fell & Rock Hut, at Birkness. This time the mattresses were covered in fire retardant calico & can be seen in one of the rooms below. Our White Van Man & Woman had another great day in the Lakes (unpaid of course). The kids in the guest units were soon using the old mattresses as trampolines!

We have manufactured Made to Measure Mattresses for many Mountain Huts & Hostels throughout Britain. Our Mattresses are made from a top quality foam of a highly durable nature. Also eminently suitable for Marine situations. We also do lots of Caravan & Motor Caravan Cushions.
Mixed metaphorically speaking, the covers are as tough as old boots, tough enough in fact to withstand the occasional old or new climbing boot! The covers are breathable but instantly repel spills from the odd mug of tea (and the rest did I hear someone say?), just like water off a duck`s back! They can also be easily wiped down with a damp cloth and restored to pristine condition in the shake of a lamb`s tail. Indeed, a damp lamb`s tail would also probably do the trick! These covers are tough, and in addition, we also have a range of fabric suitable for the upholstered finish.
