Comfort for those aching knees.
Our church kneeler can be produced in any shape or size. The foam used is Reconstituted Foam (also known as Chip Foam) for extreme use. This kind of foam is always used in kneelers, for its toughness. The chip foam we use is 9lbs per cubic foot, better quality than most. (We also use it in many other extreme situations). Shown below, with or without cover. As an idea of size, the uncovered kneeler is 14 x 10 x 3 inches. In June we produced 200 for a church in Lewisham.
